Product introduction
Surface cleaning of aluminum profiles refers to the process of using a high-speed rotating impeller to throw steel grit (shot) on the surface of aluminum materials at a high speed and uniformity at a certain angle, and impact and scrape the surface of aluminum materials to form a uniform and fine sand surface. The profiles after shot blasting can effectively remove defects such as mechanical lines, welding lines, coarse grains, etc. Shot blasting technology combined with oxidation treatment technology can process surface profiles with different brightness and color, and stainless steel with different particle sizes and sizes can be selected. Pills, aluminum pills, brown corundum, quartz sand, etc. are processed into different rough and fine metal senses.
Aluminum profile surface cleaning has the following advantages:

This machine is generally used in the production of aluminum profiles and the deep processing industry of aluminum profiles to improve the appearance quality and surface corrosion resistance of its products.
The aluminum profile shot blasting machine is mainly composed of a shot blasting host, a hoist, a feeding table, a discharging table, a sand pouring table, a dust removal system and an electric control cabinet.
There are 4 impeller and feeding transmission devices installed on the main machine, which are controlled by the frequency converter.
The discharge table and the sand pouring table are connected by an automatic feeding frame, which is used to complete the discharge and send it to the sand pouring table.
Dust removal systems can take two forms:
1.Two-stage cyclone dust removal + water bath dust removal device has excellent dust removal effect, and the exhaust gas discharge meets environmental protection requirements.
2.First-class cyclone dust collector + filter cartridge dust collector, and equipped with automatic dust cleaning, explosion-proof, explosion-discharging, fire-extinguishing and other protection devices, the dust removal effect is excellent, and the exhaust gas discharge meets the environmental protection requirements.
The equipment is equipped with four shot blasting machines, all of which are independent frequency conversion speed regulation, which are suitable for shot blasting requirements of various profiles, and the treatment effect is the same as that of the imported machine. High work efficiency, the machine is controlled by PLC program, and can automatically complete the shot blasting of profiles. This equipment has automatic feeding of the discharge table, automatic sand pouring device, the feeding interval is shortened to 5 seconds, and the operation is simple, only need to place the aluminum profiles on the feeding table side by side and move them back to the material rack from the sand pouring table That's it.
The equipment is equipped with an efficient and high-quality dust removal system. Users can choose a dust removal form according to local environmental      
protection requirements:
1.Two-stage cyclone dust removal + water bath dust removal device, the first-stage cyclone dust removal collects the particles with larger particle size into the dust collector, and the dust smaller than 0.02mm enters the water bath type dust collector for filtration and removal, so that the exhaust gas can meet the environmental emission requirements, and the in and out of the machine There is no dust overflow from the material inlet, and the working environment of the workshop is clean and comfortable. Low maintenance cost and long service life.
2.First-class cyclone dust collector + filter cartridge dust collector, and equipped with automatic dust removal, explosion-proof, explosion-unloading, fire-extinguishing and other protection devices. Under normal operation, the dust-laden airflow generated by the shot blasting machine will enter the first-stage cyclone dust removal through the connecting pipe, and the particles with larger particle size will be collected into the dust collecting cylinder, and the dust smaller than 0.02mm will enter the filter cartridge dust collector; The air flow of small particles of dust is filtered by the filter cartridge of the dust collector, and then drawn into the chimney through the centrifugal fan and discharged to the high altitude. The filter cartridge is made of polyester long fiber non-woven flame retardant + PTFE anti-static film material, and the dust concentration after discharge is not higher than 50mg/m3, which meets the emission standards stipulated by the State Environmental Protection Agency.
The workpieces for shot blasting and rust removal by this machine are aluminum alloy parts, and the dust contains aluminum powder, which is flammable and explosive dust, especially when mixed with air, when the dust concentration reaches the moving value (10-15%), it encounters an open flame. It is easy to burn and explode under the conditions of static electricity, high temperature and collision. Therefore, the filter cartridge dust collector is equipped with a differential pressure controller, a temperature controller, an explosion relief device, an automatic fire extinguishing device, and a one-way explosion-proof valve and other protection devices are installed on the air inlet pipe of the filter cartridge dust collector to prevent explosions. In extreme cases, in the event of an explosion, there are multi-stage automatic disposal devices to avoid damage to the equipment.
The differential pressure controller installed in the housing of the filter cartridge dust collector can effectively detect the pressure difference between the dust-containing gas chamber and the clean gas chamber. When the pressure difference reaches the specified value, the pulse backflushing system starts to work. Blow off the dust on the filter cartridge, reduce the pressure difference, and prevent explosion due to excessive pressure difference. The temperature controller installed in the shell of the filter cartridge dust collector detects the temperature in the chamber in real time. When the specified temperature value is reached, it will automatically stop to prevent combustion and explosion due to excessive temperature.
An explosion venting device is installed on the shell of the filter cartridge dust collector, and a one-way flameproof device is installed on the air inlet pipe. If an explosion occurs under the limit state, the explosion releasing device can quickly discharge the high-pressure gas generated by the explosion in the chamber, and at the same time The one-way explosion-proof valve of the air inlet pipe blocks the high-pressure gas from diffusing into the shot blasting cleaning room to prevent the explosion of the shot blasting cleaning room. A calcium carbonate (CaCO3) fire extinguishing device is installed on the dust collection bucket of the filter cartridge dust collector. In extreme cases, an open fire occurs in the chamber of the filter cartridge dust collector with dust gas, and the temperature detector will alarm and spray calcium carbonate to extinguish the fire.
Explosion venting devices, one-way flameproofing devices, and calcium carbonate fire extinguishing devices will only work under extreme conditions.
